“I Need More Space”

Esra Najmadin

In case of loss, our emotions are counterproductive. You must always stay calm and objective, keep yourself adaptable and on the move. Everything changes, so never bet on stability. The best way to protect yourself is to be as fluid and formless as water. We’re spiritual beings having a human experience, and the case is how you connect to that energy. It isn’t the word “human” that allows you to experience life, but it is until you’ve made conscious contact with it.

By setting boundaries, I work on myself, and the art is to have the way in which you work on yourself become so subtle that nobody notices it. For every choice, it has many dimensions, so I need more space and set more boundaries from those who are operating at these really low energy. You feel different when you are in the room with them than you do with someone who has very high energy that could not only get rid of abyss but can also convert it to light.

Sometimes people ask, “What message are you trying to get out?” I say, “I’m not trying to get a message out. I’m trying to get a message in. If there’s someone out there who genuinely needs to hear it, the only person who you’re here to work on is yourself.”
